Take the first step and apply to sell at our markets 

Tent Vendor Requirements 

All tent vendors must:

  • Bring their own tent and full setup ( max tent size 10*20)

  •  Upload proof of general liability insurance to be approved  (Affordable coverage is available here: ACT Vendor Insurance)

  • Minimum coverage limits:

    •  $1,000,000 for food vendors and cosmetic vendors

    • $500,000 for all other vendors

  • Report daily sales totals (this helps us understand the space and plan future events)​

  • Purchase a spot to set up 

Food Truck Requirements 

All truck vendors must have and upload the following to be approved 

  • Current Florida mobile food vendor license

  • Local health department permit

  • Business license

  •  Fire inspection approval if required

  • General liability insurance

    • Minimum coverage limits:

    •  $1,000,000 for food vendors and cosmetic vendors

    • $500,000 for all other vendors

  • Report daily sales totals (this helps us understand the space and plan future events)

  • Complete application to reserve spot​

  • Reserve spot to set up

Pop up markets​

Through the rest of the year, we’ll be hosting pop-up markets as we continue building activity, consistency, and momentum toward a more structured weekly market relaunch.

Once approved you will recieve an email confirming, and then you will be notified about any upcoming opportunities.​

Future Farmers Markets 

Future market dates and concepts are currently in development and will be announced soon.

 

In the meantime, we’re opening the space for use as we continue building a strong list of qualified, quality vendors. Our goal is to relaunch a more organized market once we have the depth of vendors needed to ensure consistent turnout and momentum.

 

Vendors who fill out the application will be the first to hear about upcoming market opportunities.
